Klaus Nomi - Total Eclipse
this guy was a very interesting person outside of being a bizarre stage act. he was trained for opera singing and finally got his big break when david bowie saw one of his shows, and joined him on a saturday night live performance. there’s also a documentary about him (which i think i got before i heard one of his songs.) some people might also recognize him as a sidekick character in an episode of “Venture Brothers”.
